What is IMPACT?

 

IMPACT aims to provide participants with the theories and concepts of effective communication and its various applications in presentations, both public and one-on-one speaking situations.  When the participant has acquired the skills, one can effectively communicate to small and large groups, and can easily convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

 

What can IMPACT achieve?

 

At the end of the workshop, the participants are expected to:

 

  1. Identify and define the following:

 

-          Role of the moderator in presentations

-          Presentation methods/effectives

-          Types of audience

 

  1. Demonstrate significant improvement in the following areas of public speaking

 

-          Structure and organization

-          Delivery
